Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our European facility in Montenegro.

Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on orders to all EU countries.

Once your shipping label is created, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after the label is generated.

After your order is shipped, tracking is no longer under our control. While we do everything to ensure smooth delivery, we are not liable for missing or stolen packages at this time.

However at such occurance please feel free to contact us to provide a reasonable solution as customer satisfaction is our main goal.

International Orders

We offer worldwide shipping! Shipping costs are applied at checkout based on your location.

Please note that customs fees and duties are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.Or alternatively you may check our amaozon or etsy online store .

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note: refunds are only available if the item is faulty upon arrival.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it following our return process. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for your replacement item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
